People from across the State gathered today to pay respect for and remember Sergeant Ron Harrison. He was gunned down in the street on Wednesday, August 15, 2007. He left behind three daughters, a son and three grandchildren. Gone, but not forgotten. Rest in Peace Sergeant Harrison.

Several hundred motorcyclist gathered to make the ride organized by the local MADD and assisted by the Iron Pigs LE M/C. An escort was provided by local law enforcement. Special thanks go to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office for their aid and support in setting this event up.

Everyone met at the USF Sundome parking lot. The ride left the Sundome at 1 pm and proceeded to the Brandon Harley Davidson. After a brief stop for refreshments the riders rode on to O'Brien's Irish Pub & Restaruant in Brandon where everyone enjoy the hospitality of the pub and cool refreshments.

Thanks go to Tampa Defender, Gunny, for the video above. A slide show of the event can be seen here.
